Developing a Spiritual Workout
This is a sermon I preached about how to get our spirits stronger. Life can wear us out and distract us and it is easy to wake up one day and feel out of sync, out of touch and out of shape. These are things I have learned in my life and practice with my life. When I stray from these I can easily identify why things may be going as they are and I can quickly make adjustments needed. God has given us so many resources and blessings to live life vibrant and get though the tough times. Be encouraged, this sermon is NOT about doing more, it's about how to stay healthy and strong as we do this called life, for His glory!
